How to Donate

1. Complete the electronic Donation Form below, or complete this paper format
   Please list all items included in your donation and the estimated fair market value.

2. Submit Your Item
   You may:

   • Drop it off at 30 Millbank Street, Rochester, NY

   • Arrange a pickup with our team

   • Bring it with you to the event

   If you plan to bring your item to the event, we strongly appreciate receiving your completed form in advance so we can prepare bid sheets and displays.
